These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of greenbits.ai (the “Service”), operated by greenbits.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
greenbits.ai is an AI generation studio that lets you create video, image, and audio content by routing prompts to third-party generative models including Sora 2 (OpenAI), Veo 3 (Google), Kling, Luma, Flux, and others. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Credits and billing
- The Service runs on a credit system. Credits are consumed per generation based on the model and output length.
- Subscription plans grant a monthly credit allotment. Unused credits roll over for up to three months.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:
- infringes the intellectual property or publicity rights of others;
- depicts real, identifiable individuals without consent;
- is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise unlawful;
- promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination;
- impersonates a person or entity in a deceptive manner.
We use automated and manual review and may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Ownership of generated content
Subject to your compliance with these terms and the terms of the underlying model providers, you own the content you generate and may use it commercially. See our Commercial License for details.
6. Third-party models
Generations are produced by third-party providers. Their availability, pricing, and output characteristics may change, and your use is also subject to their respective terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Remaining credits are forfeited on termination for cause.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
