This Commercial License explains what you can do with content you generate on greenbits.ai. It supplements our Terms of Service.
What you can do
- Own your output. Subject to your compliance with our Terms, you own the video, image, and audio content you generate.
- Use it commercially. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Studio) include a commercial license — you may use generations in advertising, client work, products, films, and social media.
- Modify and combine. You may edit, composite, and incorporate generations into larger works.
- No attribution required. You are not required to credit greenbits.ai, though it is appreciated.
Free tier
Generations made with free starter credits are licensed for personal, non-commercial use and evaluation. Upgrade to any paid plan to unlock commercial rights — including for content you generated while on the free tier.
What you cannot do
- Use generated content in a way that violates the acceptable use section of our Terms.
- Resell or redistribute raw access to the Service or its models as your own generation API.
- Claim that AI-generated content is human-made where disclosure is legally required.
- Generate content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent.
Model provider terms
Generations are produced by third-party models. Your commercial use is also subject to the terms of the provider that produced a given output. In practice the providers we use (OpenAI, Google, fal.ai and the models they host) permit commercial use of generated output, but you are responsible for confirming this for your specific use case.
Copyright and likeness
You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or rights of publicity. greenbits.ai does not grant you any rights in third-party material that may appear in a generation.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify greenbits.ai against claims arising from your use of generated content, including claims of infringement or violation of third-party rights.
