- Generation data — the prompts you submit, the settings you choose, and the media you generate.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and interactions with the Service.
2. How we use information
- to operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to process generations and route them to model providers;
- to manage credits, subscriptions, and billing;
- to detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service;
- to communicate with you about your account and the Service.
3. Sharing with model providers
To produce a generation, your prompt and any uploaded inputs are sent to the relevant third-party model provider (e.g. OpenAI, Google, fal.ai). These providers process the data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Storage
Generated media is stored in our cloud storage. Your generation history is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual generations at any time from your studio gallery.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@greenbits.ai.
7. Data retention
We retain account and generation data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
